The “Cypress Series” is Bayou Classic's new charcoal cajun barbecue grill. When Bayou Classic decided to enter the grill market they studied long and hard to find the best features for serious cajun barbecue grillers, and they have come up with a serious cajun barbecue grill.
The boxed lid design is tall and allows for maximum utilization of the cast iron grate(914 Sq. inches) even when the lid is closed. The new grill also has “no heat” spring handles when you get ready to take a peek under the hood, and that's just the start. The adjustable charcoal rack allows you to fine tune your meat. Raise it up to sear your steak or lower it while you're smoking in the flavor, and keep an eye on the temp with the built in thermometer. If that wasn't enough the grill The Cypress Series has adjustable air vents on the left and right sides, and a unique self sealing top with the smoke vent located along the top of the back, a removable condiment tray which holds your utensils and favorite spices or sauces, oversized removable ash pan for easy cleaning, quiet rubber tires, and adjustable foot pads for leveling.
