The Steam, Boil, Fry Stock Pots have indentions that raise the basket 1 (one) inches above the bottom for steaming and boiling. Use the basket in your stock pot for deep frying chicken or fish, steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Uses without the stock pot basket include boiling soups, stews or gumbos.
